John Oletey Otuteye- DIRECTOR, LICENSING & REGULATIONS

Mr. John Oletey Otuteye is a seasoned Regulator, Marketer and Customer Service Professional with significant experience spanning over two and half decades in Electricity, Water and Postal Regulation.

He is currently the Director – Licensing and Regulations. Areas of regulatory experience include delivering regulatory frameworks and policies, operational efficiency, consumer advocacy, education, protection and representation related to quality of service and resolution of consumer complaints.

He has attended many Conferences, Study Tours, Executive Exchange and Training Programmes in Regulatory Practice, Management, Customer Service and Leadership internationally and locally.
