PCSRC GOES DIGITAL

PCSRC in partnership with AfCFTA Hub has launched a digital platform that will make registration completely digital and seamless.  The manual process will be phased out in the coming months.  You can begin by creating an account here: https://afcfta.pcsrc.gov.gh The AfCFTA Hub platform opens up many opportunities for you and your business, and positions you to offer services beyond Ghana.

LICENSING PROCESS

  1. Obtain an AfCFTA Number
  2. Letter of Application in writing to the Executive Secretary. (Letter must be on Business Letterhead, signed and stamped)
  3. Download Application form from PCSRC website and pay a non-refundable processing fee of GH₵ 175 upon submission of Application
  4. Submission of completed application form with required documents based on the business registration type.
  5. Inspect applicants facility
  6. Prepare inspection report
  7. Payment of Initial licence fee
  8. Payment of Initial licence fee
  9. Issuance of Licence Certificate

a. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

  1. AfCFTA Number
  2. Certificate of Incorporation
  3. Certificate to Commence Business
  4. Regulations or Constitution
  5. Form 3 and Form 4

b. PARTNERSHIP

  1. AfCFTA Number
  2. Partnership Certificate
  3. Partnership Agreement
  4. Form A

c. SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP

  1. AfCFTA Number
  2. Certificate of Registration
  3. Form A

NOTE: All the Documents must be certified by a Licensed Commissioner for Oath.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS

  1. Business Plan (Company Profile and Investment Report)
  2. Compensation Policy.
