The Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission (PCSRC), a statutory body created by an Act of Parliament – the Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission Act, 2003 (Act 649) – is the regulator for the Postal and Courier sector in Ghana. Section 10 of Act 649 stipulates that a person shall not operate a courier/delivery service except under a licence issued by the Commission.
